ebay payment problem

    bought an item for €18.11

    have €17.75 on my 02 account and the €1.50 on the paypay account(from the verifying card)

    when i try to buy it says insufficient funds cause it is drawing it from my 02 account

    why cant it take the €1.50 from the paypal as well as the money from the 02 account then it would be enough?

    any help would be greatly appreciated
