Is this the correct forum, i searched but wasnt sure.

I was wondering if you wanted to sell some of your prints (2euro prints) of your work on a stall in a town, who would you contact, or what permissions do you need?

    P.

You need to talk to the relevant council and get a casual trading licence.

Oh right. Then he'd have to fill in this form and contact Dublin City Council's Casual Trading Section by calling 01 222 2165, emailing them at casualtrading@dublincity.ie or mailing them at:

    Casual Trading Section
    Culture Recreation and Amenity
    Dublin City Council
    Civic Offices
    Wood Quay
    Dublin 8.
