What are the ramifications of not filling this out? Or lying on it? I'm not planning on doing either. But it strikes me as slightly intrusive. There's a general opinion already that Big brother is watching. There's talk of National ID cards, etc. etc. Are we really obliged to divulge every aspect of our lives to the powers that be?
