HI guys i could really use your help

I applied for my maintenence grant in august to wicklow co. council.
I attended college in nui maynooth but really hated it and decided to drop out before the 31st jan deadline.before i dropped out i got my letter of approval for the full 6334 euro grant and showed it to the grant office.but because i dropped out i was never able vto collect any of my cheques,however i did get my 1500 euro reg fee back because of the grant.basically is it possible for me to go to a different college next year and still claim my maintenence grant minus the reg fee which i would have to pay myself since its already been claimed?

sorry if it sounds confusing but im kinda confused myself
any help will be greatly appreciated
