Ok so if you are taking the first or 2nd exit you stay in the left hand lane etc..
I am a little confused.. Does this apply if the 2nd exit is on the far side of the roundabout (ie after 12 o'clock). I have been told a few different things by different people & I am utterly confused. God I sound dumb!!

I mentioned this in the other thread, but the RSA approved method is

Any exits from 7:00 to 1:00, use the left lane, any exits after 1:00 to 6:00 (i.e., back the way you came), use the right lane, unless road signs/markings indicate differently. Usually this works for most roundabouts, even ones with more than 4 exits, or exits at non-standard locations.
