    hi!

i bought a 05 VW Golf with 76000 kilometers on clock yesterday. i bought from a dealer about 2 hours from home and drove it back up home yesterday afternoon.

only noticed when i was about 10 mins from home that the cd player was broken, seems to be a cd jammed in it. dont mind too much as i wouldnt really listen to cds but still a little annoying. even more annoying is the irritating noise it makes trying to start every time the engine starts so would like to get that fixed.

ive also noticed that when idling the car kinda judders, not violently just shakes more than anything ive known to - any ideas what that could be?

and finally today it failed to start twice when the key was turned...i find this a bit more serious as it feels a bit unreliable. (it did start on the second go each time)

any ideas on what i should do? i intend calling the dealer tomorrow but do you think any of these are serious enough to warrant me travelling back down to get sorted or am i being over cautious?

ps i did test drive etc and it was grand, didnt think to check the stupid cd player when i was checking all the other electric things

Diesel or petrol? Not to offend but you have to let a Diesel heat, glow plug light go out, before you start it.
