    I also posted this in farming as not sure where I will get the correct info

    What is the difference between "Flat Square Cut" and Silverside?

    Are they from the same part of the animal?

    Is there much of a price difference?

    I asked a butcher friend on your behalf (via text) and his reply was 'yes, both from same part' - make of that what you will, and sorry it wasn't more helpful, but it is Sunday afternoon and I think he's in the pub...
