ptsb interest rate hike letter

    does anyone known are ptsb obliged to inform you officially of their latest 1% hike in rates for mortgages? so far i've received nothing official and hte payment is due out in 1.5 wks?

    I dont know if they have to. I would presume so as your direct debit will change in value so they must inform you.

    Give them a ring, the letter may have been sent but you just didnt recieve it. Not unusual. They will let you know what its gone up to and you can ask them to get the letter out then.
