does your mascara go gloopy?

I got lancome hypnose precious cells for christmas, only starting using it in February and thought it was the best mascara ever, but now it's been open a few weeks i find it very thick and gloopy and when i put it on it sticks my eyelashes together hope this makes sense. anyone else find this with their mascara?
