    Folks,

Just a reminder that this event will be taking place this coming weekend at Harbour House.

If you plan to attend it is very important to register so that adequate preparations can be made for those attending. Simply drop an email to centrefirepistol@nasrpc.ie or smallborepistol@nasrpc.ie

This Open Day, and others like it in the coming months, are an opportunity for you and your other club members to learn the competitive disciplines and everything that goes with it.

It is not all about how to shoot the discipline - I have yet to attend a competition where someone does not ask me what target to use or how to fill in their scoresheet.

This is an ideal opportunity to get all of those things out of the way and learn how to be a bit better in competition, without the added pressure of actually being in a competition.

Just a quick line to say thanks for the chance to learn the safety, competitive disciplines and everything that goes with it. I learnt a lot and feel I could now enter a competiton without making too much of a fool of myself.

A very good club setup and I'll be returning ASAP.

    Many thanks to all involved.
    CJ.

    Ill plus 1 that.

Learned alot, met some very interesting people and overall I felt that Harbour House and NASRPC went above and beyond the call of duty to organise this to help promote shooting.

I couldn't believe it 1st with 274/300 in TP1. First time to shoot a pistol in a comp. and only the second time to shoot one anyway. Must have the eye for it but I had a good S&W model 41 to use.
