Reptile Vets Limerick?

    Hey, I was just wondering if anyone knew any vets who know a bit about reptiles around the Limerick/Clare area?

    I know most vets in the country haven't a clue about reptiles but my snake is dehydrated and I think I need to get a vet to look at her asap, maybe give her a rehydrating injection. I've tried bathing her and all but I'm not sure if it's doing anything. The humidity is good in her tank also at the moment.

    I've heard Wesley Power in Monaleen is better with reptiles than most others but I was wondering if anyone has been to him, or any other suggestions would be welcome too.

    Specialist reptile care takes specialist equipment, for the most part. And most vets, even if they have a bit of an interest in reptiles or exotics won't have that kind of stuff.
    I'd suggest you get over to Bairbre O'Malley in Bray (I know it's a long way away but she knows her stuff) and have her take a look if the snake is very sick.
