i have moved from meteor payg to meteor bill pay smart 50 . which says i get free meteor calls and texts. now i have 400 mins and 400 texts. i have sent 5 texts to a meteor number but its after coming out off my 400 texts .should this be happening?

No, give them a call, this is an ongoing thing, it takes a few days to get setup
