Hi, I got a 3kg block of fresh yeast on Friday and have only used some of it to make ciabatta and baguettes so I have 2kg left in Kilmainham. I know it can be difficult to get fresh yeast so rather than throw it out its there if anyone is looking for some to make fresh bread today! PM me and you are welcome to pick it up :)

I'll decline the offer thank you nonetheless, but can you tell me where it is possible to buy fresh yeast? I'm in the south east. Thanks

Why not freeze it in recipe sized pieces for future use.
