Morning all, I cant seem to find a place that will rent a car without a credit card. Does a company exist that will accept debit or cash ??? I really need a car for a few days as I just sold my own and I dont know what Im buying. Thanks

Morning all,

I cant seem to find a place that will rent a car without a credit card. Does a company exist that will accept debit or cash ??? I really need a car for a few days as I just sold my own and I dont know what Im buying.

You need to try some of the smaller outfits. Look in the phone book. Normally they would want a big cash deposit €500 to €1000 in addition to the rental charges.
