We're 20th most popular. On the outside of the social scene I suppose, but we still have 412 Facebook friends.

Don't think this article is too accurate, it has Germany as the most popular country. Hard to believe as they tried to takeover the world TWICE.

But they haven't done anything to piss anyone else off in the last 70 years.

And according to Newsweek, Brian Cowen was one of the best leaders in the world last year. Huzzah for international polls!! They're always so accurate!

Austria & Belgium are ahead of us? Piss off, we could take them.

Basically it means that when you square Irelands voltage and divide it by our electrical resistance the result is that we come 28th.

Interesting, the US is only 31 on the Quality of Life Index?

Would have thought it was lower than at least 2/3rds of European countries tbh.

We almost tie with Uzbekistan but we're ahead of Egypt, Iran and N.Korea in the military index.

How did they work that one out?

Egypt's got the 7th largest Military in the world and have a spy satellite and both Iran and N.Korea allegedly have the capability of creating Nuclear weapons.

Yet somehow our military is higher up in the index...

We spend more on defence than the Chinese per year apparently.

Love that the UK is the second most popular nation in the world! Quite suspicious that its us and the Germans at the top though, maybe a case of nobody wanting to upset us incase we invade :D
