slow moving and close. As i moved in my car, their position seemed to move quite quickly compared to the background stars due to my moving perspective ...this lead me to belive they were close and not a some object at 20,000 feet or smoething

i'd love to know what they were i sent a report to astronomy ireland..

im gonna try and forget about them ...it drives me crazy not knowing what they were.

actually they were probably japanese lanterns ....god help those people
