Applying for my full licence- do I need to have an eyesight report?

    Hi, I'm applying for my full licence on Monday (well, sending someone lse in for me- is this allowed!)- do I need to have an eyesight report? I wear glasses but I remember giving in my eyesight report when getting my 1st provisional. Does anybody know if I have to do it again?

    God!!! I just read that thread title and came out in a cold sweat! Just passed the test today, applied for the licence, happy as Larry.... And never gave in an eyesight report... But thank God I don't need it!!!! haha.

    Relief!
