Testing of House??

    I was testing a house i wired today for the first time and while doing the insulation resistance test the megger wud not stop on a final reading. It kept creeping up slowly. My question is does the megger finally stp on a reading or when shud i take my reading for my record.

    What instrument and setting are you using?
    Where you testing a single circuit or the whole lot together?

    If you can't read a megger and don't know what results are expected how did you wire the house.
