iPad with 3Pay - online registration

    Hi Folks,

Hoping someone here can help. I have a 3G iPad and have bought a micro-sim on 3Pay with a view to using the 5 euro data add-ons for when wi-fi is not available to me.

In order to set up an online account to add on these data packets, a text has been sent to the new 3 mobile number I bought. I cannot access this text password however as I don't have a micro-sim compatible phone. The customer service line was of no use and would not allow me to do this over the phone. Is there anyway of getting this text or will I have to find one of the lads who has a compatible phone?

    Thanks

Compatible phone or else get a hold of an adapter to make the sim full size. I dunno how easy it would be but you could get an old nokia withe the little metal flippy sim holder and try that? It's unlikely that you'll be able to position it perfectly though.

I had the same problem with Vodafone.

I got an old unused sim card, the new micro sim, a pen, some Sellotape and a Stanley knife.

I marked the outline of the microsim on the large sim with the pen, cut out the shape of the microsim with the knife and taped the back of the microsim to the larger sim. It worked fine.
