I'd go with the first pair. I think they're a bit dressier if you want to wear them with dresses etc. The second pair are more casual.

i prefer the first pair too, there more going out/dressy than the second pair

First pair, the toe on them doesn't look funny at all (I have a pair the same shape), it's slightly wider looking than most shoes but that's just the IC look of them really, it's not unflattering or anything.

I have the first pair so i'm a bit biased! They're really comfortable and look much better on your foot than they do in pictures - go for it!

thanks for the replies, can you tell me how do you find them sized? I'd call myself a 6 usually but can be 6 and a half.
Love the matching bag too, mother's day round the corner!hint hint:p

I fiind IC to be a bit tight so you might want to try a 7 - get yourself to a Schuh to try some on for size

I think the first one is nicer, They are gorgeous!

The first pair do not have elf like toes, they are gorgeous shoes, really comfy & I find they run true to size as I have them in 4 different colours from that style! .... :D IC Obsession! But seen as you said you take a 6.5 at times then try the 7 on first somewhere as the toe part of them could be a bit iffy, the flick flacks tho they are roomy, no squishy toes in them. I find the flick flacks don't look as classy or quirky with outfits due to the very round toe them. They are lovely and comfy too but if you go into a Schuh you'll see what I mean.

Ohhh and the bag off the 1st pair is fabbb and those clutch bags are a decent size!

The littlewoods prices are a good bit over priced, if you search amazon and ebay.co.uk you'll find those shoes a lot cheaper, you could buy the first pair for £50-£60 and the Flick Flacks I'd say anywhere from £50-£70. I've def seen the first pair sell on ebay for around £50 or even less!!!

had been looking on ebay.ie, but wow .co.uk is a whole new world, loads of styles old and new, any probs with postage to ireland? Haven't come across my pair yet but I'm sure to
Determinded to get a bargain now!
Unfortunately I don't have the luxury of trying them on first, too far from a store(2hrs + 3 kids + fulltime job= big no no) so the general consesus is to go for the 7
    thanks again:)

ebay.ie is crap, I always use .co.uk, or amazon. No problems at all with postage, they ship almost everywhere. I ordered mine on a Friday and they arrived on the following Wednesday.

I love the first pair, and I agree with finding the sizing a little tight. I have 2 pairs of IC shoes - one in my usual size which can be kinda sore and a pair I bought a size up which are perfect.

I think the first pair, my sister wore these on her wedding day and they were beautiful.. she found them very comfy.. i hav them in green and i bought them a few years ago i only wore them twice but i love them, i dont find them the most comfy but as i said my sister wore them on her wedding day and found them fine.. so i would definitly go for it..
