rent allowance when move house

If i acquire rent allowance in 2weeks and move house in 2months, do i have to wait 6months or a certain time before allowed try get rent allowance there? or can i transfer the rent allowance over from the current house?

you don't have to wait another 6 months

you can transfer over however it is exactly like a new claim they will require all the stuff you needed to get when you originally applied for it im in the middle of the process at the minute total nightmare

I didn't need any "stuff", just had to fill out the form again
