I watched it last night, it's at best on OK to average 15 rated rom-com, the plot is rather generic and while Portman and Kutcher are likeable enough they don't have huge screen chemistry.

Most of the supporting cast are throwaway cardboard characters, it had a few scenes that put a smile on your faces, but it's not LOL material and the jokes are few. It's watcgable enough but there a far better movies of the genre.
