Hello, i just requested a p21 form on PAYE Anytime, i clicked not to use paper, any ideas how will i get this form? and how soon would i get it as i need it befere the end of this month to send it to the CAO.

It takes 2 working days to be processed. You will get an email saying that you have new corrospondence from ROS, log into your PAYE Anytime when you get this email & your P21 should be in your History Requests.
