Thanks Dobby, was looking at that last night but it only tells me how to strip it. Im looking to know the basic care of a pistol/M9.

Like should i keep the mag in the pistol?
Should I have some gas in the Mag?
How often should I use silicon oil on it?
Do I use grease on it at all?

Any hints and tips also :)

It's good practical to store mags away from your GBB or AEG, safety wise and all that, in case you accidently leave a mag loaded and in your gun and someone or yourself forget about it and it goes off while handling it later on. I've done that myself a few times at home after leaving a GBBR loaded for a few weeks. It does not physically harm your GBB or mag if you leave an empty mag in place in the long term.

Do not leave gas in the mag long term. Any time you are going to store it away use all the gas first.

Oil it with silicone oil every time you are finished using it is my rule of thumb regardless of how many bbs you put through it as you don't know when you will be using it again. If you have not used it in a few weeks and want to start using it, oil it up and make sure everything functions ok, slide to frame fit, smooth trigger feel and hammer, recoil spring moves freely and smoothly. If any of those parts feel gravely at all, oil it up good.

No grease, just silicone oil is fine. DO NOT use WD40 at all, ever.
