Check out s 68 and s 69 of the Succession Act 1965. If the parents are alive then all the estate of the intestate (person who dies without making a will) goes to them equally or wholy to one if the other is dead. If the parents are dead it all goes equally between the brothers and sisters. If one of them has died their children equally divide their parent's share. There might also be other claims on the estate by creditors.
If this is an actually what is happening to you then you should speak to a solicitor as you will need to get letters of administration before the estate can be administered.

You can't die without making a will Testate. If you die without making a valid will you are intestate. If you die haviong made a valid will you are testate. If you die leaving a valid will which does not comprehend some assets you are partially intestate.
