There's a printing shop in Eyre Square Shopping Centre. If they can find an image of Mr T, I'm sure they'll be more than happy to print it for you for a fee.

If you mean mr men shirts there's a little hippie type clothes shop, it's either on market street or Church lane or abbeygate upper (sorry, somewhere around there!) that sells them.
