Campus Res is fairly quiet, although it has been less quiet in the last year or so (I finished in May). It used to be very quiet as the security used to patrol the place herding screaming drunk idiots into their apartments and away from the walkways.

As for craic? Well it's what you make of it really. But it's not a continuous party or anything like that. Fines can be dished out by campus res from time to time.

As for location, there's a seperate postgraduate block beside the nubar - away from the actual campus res of College Park, Hampstead etc. But there is another postgraduate block in college park, but this is accessed from the avenue itself, therefore you would have little or no contact with undergrad students as its solely postgraduate and erasmus students in that block.

    Hope this helps,
