Yep, just create a new label and direct the mail into it.
Its like creating a rule in Outlook.

When creating a new filter you can choose to apply a label and to archive it so it 'skips' the inbox completely but will still show up under your labels on the left.

So when i receive a new mail it will automatically go into whatever label i set up for it?

Set up the new label first and apply it, then create the filter.

Although, I think you can do all this when you're setting up the filter. It'll give you the option to create a new label.
