    Hey folks,

Looking to find somewhere that sells energy bars (similar to powerbars protein range) in bulk at cost price.. The price that some of the established bike shops etc are cycling them is ridiculous. Anybody got any advice?

Last time I compared online with bricks and mortar I found they were very competitive so stuck with the local stores such so small was the difference.

I recently came across something called Halftime Boost in a Topaz station. (There is another thread somewhere on Boards with a link to their site).

Don't know if it's any good for cycling tho.

    We're using it for matches.

Can be sure they are making money some how.

If you want to buy bulk have a look at Kinetica, they do deals on bundles and are based in Cork. Also available in your local shops ;)

I wouldn't like to be 'saddled' with coming up with new funnies for this thread.

Have a go at making flapjacks perfect blend of oats for long gain and sugars for short term energy spikes. Shop bought ones haven't a 'patch' on home made :)

Universal Nutrition do nearly everything and are much cheaper than any of the supplement websites.
