    Hi,
    Just wondering has anyone here successfully or unsuccessfully sold a food product in a shop?
    I would love to talk to you about your experience, including your initial dealings with the EHO, kitchen inspection, packaging, labelling,barcoding, how you distributed, etc.
    I am currently reading as much legislation as possible, and the Food Safety Authority are very helpful as well in providing some information but I would love to talk to someone about their experience personally if you could PM me.
    If you could take the time,any help would be really appreciated.

    I don't supply shops but I have friends who do, I have experience dealing with the EHO, inspection and the info for labelling if that's any good to you. Although what I find odd is that the info my EHO told me to put on my labels is missing from tons of similar products sold to shops, I would love to know how they get away this.

    Anyways, if I'd be of any use to you feel free to PM me, I could possibly put you in touch with one of my friends who supply shops.
