    Considering I've been at casuals twice a week pretty much every week for a long time now, I think I can miss one now and then. It's still true that most people aren't making the effort at all nowadays, last few I was at only had 2 or 3 people.

    Who had the advantage?

    I'd suspect vortex is sucky against a good deejay, and Ibuki's wake up would be damn sucky against Deejays pressure. Dragon kick is awful.

    It's hard to say really, SRK DeeJay players say that Ibuki is a very easy matchup for DeeJay since EX upkicks shuts down her vortex and slides are punishable. I'm not sure it's anywhere as easy as that though because if you mistime the upkicks you are in trouble.

    My tactic vs Ibuki is to generally lame it up and build meter early and attempt to get a knockdown. Once I get that, I turn super agressive with my vortex.
