Just wondering how much you are expected to tip hairdressers? For example, if you get a cut for 70 Euro, how much would you leave? Do you leave less in a cheaper salon?

I think you tip on the quality of work and what you can afford.
If you're ok splashing out on a cut costing 70 euro I wouldnt tip as that's expensive enough.
If you paid alot cheaper for a cut which turned out fantastic coupled with great service then I would leave 5-10 euro tip - chances are the staff are paid much lower in a cheaper salon that an expensive one. Remember most work on commission.
I dont tip if the haircut is bad. People need to learn!
Its a personal preference there's not set rules like in the states where they expect 20%.
