just wondering is this good enough

Windows Firewall, Microsoft Security Essentials and Super Anti Spyware

Why im having doubt is because I did a full scan with MSE and it did not pick up on spyware where as SAP did

So should I change and what to?

What did super find? Probably just those tracking cookies?

When did you install Security essientials? Did you update it to the new version that came out in January? It should have done it itself but maybe not.
