    Are there any peer reviewed papers which should Arnica helping to break dopwn scar tissue that comes after a sprain?

    Glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM supplement couldn't do any harm.

    Massage probably be the best thing.

    Can harm your wallet if they don't work (honestly though I don't konw if they work or not - I'm just saying).

    I've always thought its worth taking vitamin C if you have any kind of healing tissues.
