How can I check which of my apps are accessing the internet?

Does anyone know how I can find out what app is doing what's in the picture? Below is a screenshot from my dataman app, which tracks my data usage etc. I can get a detailed breakdown, which is posted below, and it appears some app is going online every ten minutes or so and downloading data of some sort.

At the times shown below I was at home, so the data is on the right hand side, i.e. data transferred for free over wifi. But if I carry on it's the same for the rest of the day, but the data is in the left hand column, using up a (admittedly small) portion of my data allowance per month. Anyone know how I can find out what's doing this and stop it?

I'd check mail to see if it's checking every 10 minutes, and then maybe skype or viber, theyre just guesses though.

It's a pain in the ass, there is no real way. you might wanna start deleting them onne by one and keep going until it stops.

I've an app accessing the net every 20min and usinf 13Kb of data and I can't figure it out myself!

Apps need permission to talk to the internet.

So check your permissions on the notifications and also the app settings. Other thing to check is if you have an app left running.

Normally (as my son switches the dumb things on again) I just switch off "Celluar Data" in the general settings. This stops everything using the 3G to communicate with the net.
