    Hi all,

I used to swim a bit years ago, a couple of times a week. Had stopped for 4 years, between having babies and all the comes with that, never got back swimming. I have just started back about 2 weeks or so. Today I counted my lengths, just to see what I do , I did 100 lengths of a 25 m pool, it was in about 50-55 mins. I am looking for a programme to follow to improve my speed and stamina. I need some type of programme to follow that has a goal of some sort that I can achieve ( just for my own interest)
Can anybody recommend something that will improve my speed especially.

    Thanks a mill;)

Time a 200m swim after a 400m warm up and I'll throw something together
