Guesstimating Power after Barrel Change

Okay I'm guessing this would be tricky but since I don't have a chrono I'm clutching at straws.
I've just ordered a tight bore barrel for my M4 and since I don't have a spare gun and don't have a chronograph either, if I end up going over the limit when I have it installed and get out to a site, that pretty much means a wasted day.
Does anyone know how you might calculate the energy increase you will get when installing a tight bore.
I have a KWA M4 - firing consistently at .93j (like five or six tests in a row with no movement) with 0.2g BBs. I will be removing the stock barrel and installing a mad bull ver 2 with a diameter of 6.03mm and a length of 407mm. The stock barrel has a diameter of 6.05mm and a length of 394mm.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and I would also be suitably impressed by your maths know how.

Add roughly 20fps to your current fps.
