Parrot Ck3100 won t sync with my new iPhone 4

Hi

Just wondering if anyone had the same issues as me with syncing the iPhone 4 with the handfree kit "parrot ck3100". It worked fine with my iPhone 3 but now it will not sync. I have tried to pair but still no luck. Any help out there...

Try deleting some of the previous paired devices in the menu .
Then resync .

Have you upgraded the software on the Parrot OP. Their was pairing issues that were ironed out on a S/W update.

S/W- software.

Have you a bluetooth enabled laptop???. If you have go to the Parrot website and download the software update tool and then upload the software by bluetooth to your kit.

Where you based? If you were in Cork I could do it for you.

Hi I m based in Dublin. I II check my laptop for Bluetooth .

Did you get sorted? This happened me when I got my new iphone 4, go to settings and see what software your on if it's old try update. I got a number on gumtree and a guy came out to do it for me!

Current software version for the CK3100 is 4.30.

You need Windows to update it through Bluetooth.

There's still an issue whereby recent calls from before the point when the iPhone connected to the kit are not sync'ed (Calls menu remains greyed out until a call is made or received and even then only shows those calls, not the ones from earlier).
Parrot Support told me in a mail that this wasn't a fault, but then went on to suggest that it might be fixed in a future update.

Just bought a car with a ck3100 with no screen and it won't sync with my iphone 4s. Can anyone tell me how to clear previously synced phones off it?

For the record, the current version is now 5.00, and it has fixed the issue with recent calls on the iPhone 4 & 4S.

@ronniemoo: How do you interact with the CK3100 when there’s no LCD? - are there still Answer/Hang-up buttons and a volume knob on a module?

I know it says Sony Ericsson on it, but on my phone it says Parrot CK3100! Can anyone explain?

Thats a sony ericcson HCB-300 which you need to put into pairing mode before you phone will find it
Your phone must be picking up someone elses parrot close by thats the reason it says Parrot CK3100

Can anyone help?

iPhone 4S and Ck3100. I've managed to pair the kit with the laptop via Bluetooth to update the software, but it will not let me past step 2 i.e. "authentification". Tried numerous times and no joy. I've also deleted all previous pairings.

Any ideas?

Have you gone to the Software update menu (in Settings) in the Kit, and activated it, to make it ready for an update? Pairing is not enough.
