Travelling from Kilkock to Navan on Saturday if I jump on the M3 near Dunshaughlin will I have to pay the toll? If I have to pay the toll would I just be better of heading out the N3? Is the N3 100 kph or have they reduced it to 80 kph like they did with the N4
