Yeah this is a known issue on the O2 network at the moment. Its been like this for nearly 2 weeks. They're working to fix it, no harm in ringing them to add yourself to the list of unhappy iphone users!

You should be able to watch videos through Safari in the meantime.

It's been longer than two weeks.

I spoke to an O2 dude about 3 weeks and he said they were experienceuinga conflict between the iPhone and Youtubes new o[perating system (!?!?).

he said it woudl be a couple of weeks and sent me a link to use through safari 0- whcih incidentally hasn;t worked either.

So, sorry mate no update from me anyway. I'm going to shout at them again today.

I had ran them too, and he said I should use m.YouTube.com opening it through Safari, I also tried it through Firefox and Opera browsers and in some cases it works, but it is slow and unresponsive a lot of the time.

It seems there is a lot of talk of this on the O2 forums, some very angry people.
