Certificate referred to in Article 39 concerning judgments in matrimonial matters

Hello lovely people of boards

I am looking to get my Irish divorce sorted out in Spain where I was married. I was given this form

Has any one used this before or can tell me if I will need to fill it out & get a stamp? Plus will I need it translated to Spain for them over there?

You need the County Registrar of the Circuit Court where you got your divorce to issue a certified version of this:

Thats a little different then copy of Divorce paper I was given. I can go tomorrow morning and get one & hope for more detail on whats is normaly done with these cases.

I did as you suggested but office said I more llikely would not need it.
