Sky + HD - RTE subtitles

In the last few weeks I have found that subtitles on recordings for RTE stations go missings for several minutes or one set stays on. This does not happen when looking at the programmes ' live' or on recordings for any other stations. Has anyone else noticed this? I have not yet contacted Sky but intend doing so shortly.

Subtitles disappearing is one of many issues being reported since sky's changeover to a new operating system platform for their Sky+HD boxes.
