PRD60 overpaid

Hi My partner works in the civil service and recently received a PRD60 form (pension related deductions) for 2009 & 2010. She overpaid (they took too much really) in 2009 and I can't find any reference for claiming back. I checked www.revenue.ie, www.citizensinforation.ie and the department of education website. Help…

My partner works in the civil service and recently received a PRD60 form (pension related deductions) for 2009 & 2010. She overpaid (they took too much really) in 2009 and I can't find any reference for claiming back. I checked www.revenue.ie, www.citizensinforation.ie and the department of education website. Help please!
