VW Passat Armrest

    :cool:Hi guys, just a couple of quick questions to ye.. I'm thinking of buying a center Armrest for my 1999 VW Passat from Micks Garage online, It costs €69 plus €7.50 delivery, so total €76.50.. OK can pay this but does anyone know if the quaility of these armrests are any good.. will it fall apart after a month or two? or are they of good quaility.. also can you buy Chrome trim for around the windows for a 99 passat that has the black trim/molding.. Basically I want to jazz it up a bit but can't afford to trade up to a newer car.. Thanks for any advice in advance...

    I'd look for a secondhand one from a scrappie. Should be plentiful. The spurious ones often look naf and don't fit very well. Also quality varies widely.
