Problems downloading Adobe Flash

I've recently encountered problems viewing parts of the RTE and AMD website. I just seem to get the title and seem to be missing out on the story content. I think this might be a flash problem but am having trouble downloading it. I've tried a few ways to download(inc safemode) but it just doesnt want to start the download. I'm convinced there is a problem site side rather then on my own system. Any chance someone could try and download it and let me know if they have any sucess. Cheers...

Seems my problem is related to something else.

There are a few websites in which the full content isnt loading.

RTE News section - Only get banner headline on articles.
RTE Entertaiment Section - Only get banner headline on articles.
AMD.com - Only get top banner. Support and Drivers link leads to nowhere.

I have tried multiple browsers(IE, Firefox and Chrome) but the problems exist on all. I have tried reinstall Java thinking that was the problem but no joy.

Anyone have any ideas on how I can identify and fix the problem?

Use the Global Security Settings panel to specify if SWF or FLV content that uses older security rules can access the Internet. (For information about why you may need to do this, see What are security settings?) To help you decide if it is safe to allow the older security rules to be used, ask yourself: Did I originally download this content myself from a website that I trust? Is the SWF or FLV content trying to communicate with a website that I trust? The website with which the SWF or FLV content wants to communicate is listed in the pop-up dialog that appears when the SWF or FLV content first tries to communicate with the website.
    Your options are as follows:

The plot thickens... as they problem also exists for the IPAD which is strange. Any other people experiencing problems with these sites?
