Jimmy White out of World Championships

Jimmy White was tonight knocked out of this years World Championships, he was beaten 10-9 by Liu Chuang. He just flew back from a promotional trip to China on Sunday and maybe this was the reason behind his disjointed performance.

Yeah was watching the live scoreboard and dissapointed he got beat. He had been putting in some game performances recently and dug in well when he went behind. I thought he was destined to win when he potted the final black in a tied frame the first of the evening session i think to go 5-5.

After having a quite good season, especially with the world seniors win it would have been nice to see him in April.

Well it was always gonna be a tough ask to make the crucible, this match was more about ranking points to get into the top 48 for next season so he will need a good run in China.
