I used them over 4 years ago to claim back about £500 in tax from working in Australia .. they took a sizeable cut at the time and sent me a cheque for the rest. First time I have heard from them in 4 years. Not sure If I still have the documentation. I did have it stored but think I recently destroyed it will need to check.

Anyway has anyone ever experienced this? How did it work out ?
