Howth after work

After months of riding Howth in the dark after work it's finally getting light enough to see anything but a beam of light in front of me. That includes other people -- saw a few out on Monday evening, including a guy in Milram kit on something stealthy looking, then someone else on a Cervelo when heading back. Any of you lot? I was on a Focus, black gear and white helmet.

If anyone's up for a regular quick few laps round I'd be keen -- getting pretty sick of riding it on my own. I generally try to keep it fairly steady (ie, fast but not killing the climb) all the way out to Howth, two anticlockwise laps (~21 mins each) then back to town. Total ~80 mins from East Wall Rd/Alfie Byrne Rd and back.

I can leave work by 6, so in Fairview Park area by 6.15pm ish. I'll be out tomorrow if anyone's keen.

I like the sound of this, but due to a new baby i'm afraid my attendance would be sporadic at best. If this becomes a regular outing i'd definitely look to meet up at Sutton Cross from time to time.

Might be up for this myself. Seems there's a bit of rain coming in for Friday but it looks like Dublin will escape it...

It was fine. No rain. I was a couple of minutes late and didn't see anyone so presumably nobody else showed.
