Well, this has only taken 20 minutes to do. Over congestion, new forums (with new user accounts to make logging in/registering with broadband problems THE MOST FUN I'VE EVER HAD) and the initiative of a dead camel. Can you fools not notice that you have people disconnecting and reconnecting EVERY 30 SECONDS? You should really, you know, notice. Employ someone to look for these things. I have disconnected and reconnected SO many times in the last 4 days that at this stage I'm losing my mind. I can not do ANYTHING constructive or even slightly interesting with this "service", although I'm sure just like anyone with problems for o2 I'll be charged accordingly.

My god why is broadband in this country such an overpriced merry go round?

Edit: Making your customer service forums completely dependent on being an o2 mobile customer is a f**king joke, you have mobile broadband customers too you know. I have already posted on the old (as of feb 2011) forums SO many times that looking through my e-mail account for reset passwords (need mobile number now...) and responses brings back haunting memories of the other joyful times your service has brought me. Please, make it a bit easier to do something when there are problems... like I dunno, making your customer service forums with lower data; I don't give two hoots how nice it looks, only that I can use my internet connection.
