The standardised school year says every school should be open until June 4th, but many schools let some classes go early, though they are not really supposed to.
The exams begin on the 8th.

We get off the Monday the week before the Junior that is the 30th of May

Any school that I know of is off from the start of the summer tests at the very latest. It's impractical to keep you in while there are tests on and classes tend to be disorganised because of that.

most schools will let you off on holidays the week they have their summer exams..

that's your week off more than likely
